1. Zero Torsion
Laser precision cut tubes with tab and slot fitment, robotically welded, hot dip galvanized (for inside & outside tube coverage), and finished with two powder coats for the most durable and corrosion resistance subframe on the market. Each subframe comes with the weldment platform, crossmember pivot(s), axial pivot set, side mount gussets, and hardware.
3. Quality & Strength
A true 'torsion free' subframe enables the camper to ride on the weldment without flexing or twisting.
The pivoting system makes it possible for the truck frame to torsionally twist on uneven terrain, maintaining all wheels touching the ground for traction while keeping the camper base in a flat, torsion free plane. Our pivots come assembled and can be purchaced separately if shipping the weldment is a concern.
