WHAT ADHESIVE CAULK DO WE PROVIDE?
Our design utilizes SikaFlex 552, which is designed for the transportation market. Utilizing a design rules matrix (Strength, flexibility, UV safe, cure time, application time, just to name a few), we compared adhesives in the market, and found ours to be best overall solution. And, you can buy it local. It was formulated for this application and has superior UV resistance, flexibility, and adhesion properties.
The aluminum extrusion is designed for this adhesive, aiding the proper application and strength integrity.
WHY DO WE THINK OUR SUB FRAME
IS THE BEST?
As our market enthusiast know, there is varying ideas of what "Zero Torsion" means. To us, if you have a subframe laying on a frame and with springs, that is not "zero". And, the 4 point diamond pivot frame is largely dependent on each frame design and cross members, and the torsion applied. How many websites show a forklift under tires while strings are trying to find the center of twist?
We fine tuned the 3 point design. Not a new design concept but typically overlooked due to load distribution complexity. This allows the front to pivot one direction, while the rear pivots on perpendicular axis and independently. This is only possible due to the rigidity and structural construction of our box. Regardless of frame twist, our box truly "floats" above the frame independent on the frame twist and movement.

If your application requires a 4 point diamond style pivot due to increased loads, or your preference, just add in one additional pivot and configure your sub-frame accordingly. The frame is designed for multiple attachment points for varying applications.
Again, we're design and manufacturing engineers, so we designed in flexibility and modularity. You can adjust your pivot points to fit your needs and clear some frame attachments. Let's see where the opinions go now!

WHAT DOES A ENGINEERED
KIT CONSIST OF?
We will provide the materials and recommended instructions to assemble your kit. It will include the composite panels, aluminum extrusions, mechanical components, and adhesive caulk. You will need to provide the tools, time, and patience to assemble. We have done this ourselves, and can coach you if necessary. HOW-TO VIDEOS can be found on our "Videos" page and our YouTube site.
WHY ALUMINUM EXTRUSION?
With our patent pending design - first we solved the problem with thermal transfer with an aluminum frame by utilizing a thermal break (plastic structural member). And, the thermal break has a better R-Value than fiberglass.
Aluminum extrusion allowed us design features and manufacturability options that aluminum sheet metal or pultrusion (fiberglass extrusion) could not.
In addition to, aluminum extrusion is UV safe and anodized for corrosion protection. If it's safe for our skyscrapers, it's safe for your RV house.
WHAT'S OUR PANEL COLORS?
CAN YOU PAINT OR VINYL WRAP?
We chose the interior color to be gloss white, and the exterior to be a very light grey. The light grey has the appearance of bare aluminum. The FRP coating is highly compatible for painting or a vinyl wrap. We do caution with dark colors as this increases UV heat absorption, which can increase the heat inside your unit (thermal efficiency loss). Over time, this could reduce the life of your adhesives. Anodized aluminum helps promote paint adhesion.
HOW THICK ARE OUR PANELS?
The key to reducing manufacturing costs is "economy of scale" production. So, we standardized our roof, floor, and wall panels with the same 2.5 inch thickness. All have the same PIR composite insulation and aluminum extrusion inner structural support (usable for wiring or structural attachment). The internal extrusion is designed for thermal break isolation from the exterior temperatures. Panels are cosmetic FRP coatings on the inside and outside.

DO WE OFFER A WHEEL WELL,
STEP WELL, OR TRANSMISSION CLEARANCE HUMP OPTION?
YES! The beauty of our extrusion is that our design allows for the same components to be used. We will work with you to model and design the location of these options, and have our fabrication team cut them as required.
Our wheel well, step well, and or transmission clearance will have the same composite panels and thermal break aluminum frame!
WHAT DOORS, WINDOWS,
AND SKYLIGHTS DO WE UTILIZE?
We've evaluated the market; EU, USA, and around the world, and discovered many excellent options. The options we've found work with our 2.5 inch walls and roofs. Following their installation instructions, we've not encountered any concerns. Of course, let us know if you do. From what we've heard, you may have your box before the doors and windows arrive.
HOW DO YOU ATTACH CABINETS
AND WALLS?
There is a difference of opinion in the market with screwing to the wall or gluing to the wall. The PIR foam is moisture resistant, unlike other composite foams, so condensation will not harm it. But, if you want to keep the heat transfer to the absolute minimum, you can glue directly to the FRP. To make this easy, we've designed an extrusion for gluing to the wall and mechanical attachment that can withstand 400 lbs. of static load each. Composite sheeting on the inside provides an opportunity to screw to the walls as well, with sheet rock style hardware. You decide!
DO WE OFFER CUSTOM LENGTHS
AND SIZES?
Short answer is "yes". It will extend the lead-time and there will be an engineering cost. Our goal was to provide a solution that fulfills most applications and solutions. Contact us and we can quote your solution.

DO WE HAVE A CAB OVER DESIGN?
Yes, we do. Good news is our Cab Over design uses the SAME thermal break aluminum extrusion frame as the Departure Angle panel.

SUBFRAME CORROSION PROTECTION:
Our subframes are hot galvanized dipped for internal and external corrosion protection. They are then given two epoxy powder coatings for maximum life protection from the elements.
