A Globe Trekker subframe has been engineered and rigorously strength tested to ensure durability. This 21′ Zero Torsion subframe comes with 3 crossmember pivots, a set of axial side mounted pivots, 3x crossmember pivot mounting gussets, hardware, and a platform we call the “weldment” that is built with thick 52,000 psi steel, robot welded, hot dip galvanized for inside and outside coverage, and two coats of powder coating for an awesome looking and highly corrosive resistant finish. The subframe’s purpose is to keep torsional stresses out of the camper body while allowing the truck frame to torsionally twist as it was designed to do, offering the maximum traction with all four tires touching the ground.
