The Overland and Expedition brush guard systems are modular and configurable, making it a breeze to assemble and modify your layout with the following accessories. 

  • Access Stairs Brush Guard Mod: For Expedition campers with lower brush guard, this option allows for access stairs to fit perfectly within your brush guard setup.  Includes 2 brush guard caps and mounting bracket. You’ll only need one.
  • 90° Corners: For rectangular Expedition corners. Available in 12″ or 15″ lengths.
  • 45° Corners: For Expedition departure or approach angle campers. Available for standard 1 or 2 ft lengths.
  • Expedition Brush Guard Brackets: Designed to reduce damage to the camper. As the easiest component to replace, brackets eliminate the need to replace or repair the whole system if a section becomes damaged.  6005A Anodized aluminum extrusion, and 8 sets of 8020 mounting hardware.
  • Overland Brush Guard Brackets: Designed to reduce damage to the camper. As the easiest component to replace, brackets eliminate the need to replace or repair the whole system if a section becomes damaged. 5052 Anodized aluminum and 4 sets 8020 mounting hardware.
  • Brush Guard Extrusion End Cap: Designed to cover the end of your Brush Guard extrusion lineal,  5052 anodized aluminum, with VHB tape for installation.
  • Lineals: Brush Guard Extrusion you can purchase by the foot, in addition to any brush guard accessory.  Stocked in 18ft lengths.  Anodized 6005A aluminum extrusion.

    The Globe Trekker brush guard for Overland and Expedition campers is designed with functionality, durability, and your camper protection. For corrosion and durability, all components are anodized to the same specification as standard within skyscraper buildings. The T-slot in the brush guard extrusions is capable of easily bolting to a heavy duty bracket. The entire system is modular and configurable, making it a breeze to assemble and modify your layout.

     

    Shipping

    We will work with a 3rd party freight carrier to deliver your order. You will pay this shipment directly, and with no additional mark-up. We will help you choose your shipping carrier. Of course, freight will vary with geographical location and forklift availability or other unloading aides. If needed, with some help, you can hand unload your shipment. We generally do not provide packaging material, but it is available at the cost of the material and handling.
