Pass-Throughs designed for composite campers. The design maintains our engineering tradition of having no thermal bridge (having a “thermal break”). It is made for rugged use and long life, while maintaining flexibility and strength.
Cut your hole and utilize the panel remanent to create a door. The kit includes welded inner and outer picture frames, truck cab frame, hinges, and panel edge covers.
Different lengths of tunnel rings for varying camper to truck cab distances.
Available in 24″ x 24″ or 24″ x 36″ high access port. (Customer can rotate to create a “wide” pass-through.)
Optional aluminum cab adaptor ring for aluminum truck cabs (like Ford Super Duty).
Accordion Boot and door latch not provided. Recommend Accordion Boot for expanding seal, and D&D LokkLatch® Magnetic latch.

As priced, this pass-through comes without the latch or boot, which can be purchased from Amazon. We did this so that if you wanted a different latch, you could pick your own, since there are a variety to choose from.
Tunnel Lengths (distance from inside cab to habitat range, depending on accordion boot selection):
- 6-9″ accommodates 5″ to 9″
- 12″ accommodates 7″ to 12″
- 14″ accommodates 10″ to 14″
Latch & rubber boot not included (LokkLatch available on Amazon).
Cab-Side Door not included.
Adhesives not included for the assembly of this pass through.
Please keep in mind that the cut-out for the pass-through in the camper WILL BECOME your door that the trim rings for the door are glued to. The thin plastic flat bar is for covering the inside gap between these trim rings.

We will work with a 3rd party freight carrier to deliver your order. You will pay this shipment directly, and with no additional mark-up. We will help you choose your shipping carrier. Of course, freight will vary with geographical location and forklift availability or other unloading aides. If needed, with some help, you can hand unload your shipment. We generally do not provide packaging material, but it is available at the cost of the material and handling.
