As our market enthusiasts know, there are varying ideas of what “Zero Torsion” means. To us, if you have a subframe laying on a frame and with springs, that is not “zero.”
Our 3-point design allows the front to pivot in one direction, while the rear pivots on a perpendicular axis independently. This is only possible due to the rigidity and structural construction of our box. Our box truly “floats” above the frame independent of the frame twist and movement.
The frame is designed for multiple attachment points for varying applications. If your application requires a 4-point diamond style pivot due to increased loads, or your preference, just add in one additional pivot and configure your subframe accordingly.
Our subframes now come with hot dipped zinc (galvanized) coated inside and out and double layers of gloss hammer-tone powder coating. Hang your storage boxes from the subframes, no problem!
